Warranty
If you have any quality problem during the warranty period of 3 months, we will provide you with free replacement parts, but the shipping fees need to be collected. If there is any failure during the ride, we will send you the accessories until we can help you solve the problem.

Warranty & Return Policy
- There are no refunds once the board has been shipped or returns.
- 3 month warranty on all manufacturers defects.
- You may be asked to cooperate and send videos of any issues you have with the board, and we can send out the spare parts required to help fix your issue.
- This only includes issues as a result of manufacturing defect, not wear and tear by customer usage.
- 10% cancellation fee on all orders after 48 hours and/or if they've been shipped.
